   यह पहला अवसर था जब मैंने उन्हें तत्काल वक्तव्य देते हुए सुना .मैं भी इसे सुनकर स्तब्ध रह गया और वह भी कितना शक्तिशाली था. पवित्र फादर ने शांतिपूर्वक अत्यंत चतुराई से कहा कि और तो ठीक है लेकिन उनके विश्लेषण के साथ एक मूल-भूत समस्या है . इस्लाम की परंपरा के अनुसार ईश्वर ने अपने शब्द मुहम्मद को अवश्य दिए हैं लेकिन ये शाश्वत शब्द हैं. ये मुहम्मद के शब्द नहीं हैं और ये शाश्वत काल तक ऐसे ही वहां रहेंगे . इसके समायोजन की या इनके व्याख्या की कोई संभावना नहीं है .
